WBMCC Schumacher Indoor on-road championships |

Welcome to the homepage of the West Bridgford Model Car Club Schumacher Indoor on-road championships. This is an Indoor electric on-road model car championship hosted by West Bridgford Model car club in association with Schumacher racing, makers and distributors of fine quality radio controlled products.
The dates for this years competition are as follows:
16.10.10, 20.11.10, 11.12.10, 15.01.11, 12.02.11, 12.03.11
6 rounds with 4 rounds to count. Each round will consist of three rounds of qualifying plus 2 leg finals for everyone. Championship points are awarded on both qualifying positions and also finals positions.

There is also an end of year raffle with prizes supplied by the club and our sponsors. Each entry to a round of series the gets you a ticket put into the box, so the more rounds you do, the more chance you have of winning a prize or multiple prizes in the raffle.

07.03.10 - Results updated after round 5 |

The results have been updated after round 5 of the current series. Remember this coming sunday (14.03.10) is the last round of the championships and so we will be having the big prize giving and also the end of series raffle. Remember if you have entered a round of the championship then a ticket with your name on will be in the pot, the more rounds you have entered the more tickets you have in the pot. So everybody who has taken part in the championship has a chance of winning a prize. |

09.11.09 - Rules change for weight of touring cars. |
|
As discussed at the first round of the Schumacher series during drivers briefing, from round 2 and for the remaining rounds there will be a change to rules for weight of all touring car classes. It was decided at the BRCA AGM on october 25 2009 that the minimum weight limit for touring cars would be reduced to 1350g and as such the WBMCC committee have decided to adopt this as well for the rest of the series. We have decided this as we want all our competitors to be able to practice for upcoming BRCA events next year running the same weight limit. So for round 2 this sunday, and the remaining rounds of the championships, the minimum weight limit for all touring car classes will be 1350 grammes. Rob Jaques WBMCC chairman. |
